Bourbon Ribs are off the chain!! Are waiter was great and nice environment. Very pleased!!

Salad bar items were fairly fresh. The slaw was old and seemed like the woman had trouble keeping it stocked with plates and a few items. It was the middle of a lunch rush. Unfortunately it didn't seem like she had much help. This is something that concerns me often when I dine out. There doesn't seem to be much team work. That's alot of places though. I ate at the bar and I was in and out. I greatly appreciate the offers I receive only email. As usual, I love the salad bar and I am glad there is more fruit available. Even dried or canned. Thanks.

Signage on the door plainly says in two places that they open at 11:00. Nope. They open at 11:30. So we went to a competitor across the street.

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was nice. We had a great waiter Donald B. Very polite and on time. Thanks Donald B for a great experience.

I had Hickory Bourbon Salmon it was really delicious, the service is excellent!

We have had a fine meal here two times this week. The food was good. And the service was good. We always love their salad Bar.

This place was great. Staff was prompt and very helpful. Very personable too. Food was great and the flavored lemonades were great. Always very refreshing. Food was served immediately after bring prepared, not sitting under heat lamps. Enjoyed our night out. Ruby Tuesday's has never disappointed us. We have been to several including the Canadian one by Niagara Falls on Clifton Hill. This one was exceptional with the service and food. Always a pleasure to eat at these restaurants.

After driving all day from Texas we were right next door from the hotel. Joey was our server. Great service. Wonderful fresh food.The hostess was so nice and we even went in later in the evening. We would stop here again. The salad bar was fantastic.

Enjoyed the burger and tater tots a lot. Although the tots could have been crisper. But considering we had over 20 people, they were good. The checks should have been ready while we ate, we had to wait forever. But it wouldn't stop me from going again.

Little pricey, but wife loves the food.

Very disappointing. The salad bar is second to none. We'll stocked, fresh and clean. I ordered the bacon sirloin with honey bourbon sauce and ribs. My grilled zucchini was overcooked and, like the rest of the meal seemed warmed up. Nothing was really flavorful. Also, where was the bacon? Seemed more like a cheap steak from a cheap chain. Not at all the qualify I expected or paid for. Service was good, despite the lunch rush.

It was remodeled not long ago. It is more welcoming and open. Cleanliness is rated at a Five @present. I will be returning with my family again soon.

Excellent night of fun with friends from work. Server was April. While there were some bumps that had to be corrected. Her follow up and service were awesome.

Husband had a Bourbon sirloin steak dinner and ate every bit I had a chicken and pimiento cheese sandwich and I loved it John was our waiter and stayed on top of our needs without hovering great experience all around

This can be a great place. The service was great. The food was not good at all. My husband's hamburger was not cooked the way he requested it. My daughter's steak was overcooked so again not the way it was ordered and the server DID pit it in on both how it was requested. My pasta was DISGUSTING. I have a picture of how the sauce & OIL was at the bottom. So much of it & it looked like I had soup. The broccoli in the pasta dish were big and more of raw broccoli. So crunchy & hard. The Pumpkin Cheesecake was a hit. The server asked if we wanted any to go boxes for all the uneaten entrees. We all said no. 3 stars for decent service. No stars for food. Not cooked the way they were ordered and pasta wwas more soup like. The pictures speak

The positions r smaller then was shown in the Menu photos. The food was great but 3 of us got Grilled Zucinni & only 1 of ours was hot & it was the baby's.

Our waiter. Jerry.was excellent, very nice ,very polite very attentive to his customer. Wasn't just us I watched him with all his customers from 1 to 10 he was a 10 + thank you I will be back this was my first visit . In lake city I mentioned him to cat . He was wonderful

My goodness!!! That Jerry is the best!! You can tell he genuinely loves customer service. It pours out of his pores and is a breath of fresh air when youve been getting such horribke custimer service all over lake city! Mt husband and I cane in to dine for an early dinner and didnt expect any different from any ither restaurant...boy was i wrong!!! From the very first introduction i felt that this would be a totally different dining experience. He was stretched thin but held it all yogether like a champ! Because of his service and the friendliness of the manager my family will definitely be coming back! Keep up the excellent customer service JERRY! YOU ARE A ROCKSTAR!!!!!!!!!!

I worked here for a while and LOVED it. Well that was when David Miller was the general manager. The new GM is seriously so ridiculously rude that it really is shock she has been able to work in this type of industry. But the food here is always on point!!!

Excellent service from Jerry, food quality is mediocre, having the garden bar helps. Head over to Olive garden for a better everything. Oh and it's kinda dark. New Orleans seafood plate was very, VERY salty.

The menu is diverse. Everything myself and friends have tried is great tasting. Pork chop was done correctly. The hamburger my friend had was done all the way through, yet juicy. I had the all you can eat salad bar. For such a small salad bar Ruby Tuesdays packs a lot in it. I always have the salad bar and it's great every single time. I've been here four times in the past 30 days.Every staff member is willing to assist you. I have yet to hear let me get someone for you. I always hear, "let me get that for you sir."

The staff here is a tight circle,helping each other. We got there just after a large bus of teenagers came. The staff was amazing👏👏👏 We were waiting for family still traveling on I 75 North, grabbed a snack, and a cold drink. Get bartender, sweet manager Gave rave reviews👏👏

Boyfriend loved the ribs. They didnt give us the sauces ordered on the ribs, but they were still good so he didn't complain, but we did let our server know. The food isn't bad, but they have nicer restaurant prices on foods. I'm 99% positive that the mashed potatoes were instant.

Due to distance, we don't get there as often as we would like. Great food. Great service and love their salad bar. Lots of choices and fresh.!!!

Stopped in Lake City Florida on our way to Key West. The food was good especially after traveling for 12 hrs. Our server Kat was EXCELLENT! She was very attentive, friendly & helpful. All the staff worked well together.

The waitress was sweet as can be. The food really was below average. Small portions that tasted like it was pre cooked. Not worth the high price. The “top shelf” margarita tasted like bottom shelf tequila with water.

Came in right before close which is rude I know but spent 11 hours on the road needed some food. The bartender was kind professional and good entertainer. The food was prepared perfectly and the manager on shift was very accommodating to an unusual request to leave the football game on while they closed and cleaned allowing me to watch the rest of the game from the parking lot. Best experience at a mid level family restaurant and bar. If they are Lways this good than this would be a highly frequented dinner and drink spot.

Best steak an ribs I ever had. Most tender. Cut the steak with a fork. I was just passing through. From Kentucky. I will stop again.

I have always loved Ruby's, but this location I have had nothing but problems. Poor quality food, missing items feom TueGo etc. I am trying to support local businesses by ordering Togo several times a week. I was surprised to see the pantry, prices were higher than I normally pay at most stores but was going to try again and the very next day the proceedings went up 50%. You are not helping the community with over $5 gallon milk when it's 2 at Walmart and Aldi or 2.49 for a single avocado. There are some restaurants through this Virus ordeal that I am done with, this is one. I will stick with Texas Roadhouse and Jessica's Bistro, they truly seem to care about the community. PS your family meals are also ridiculously high.

It was an on-line order pick up, so I didn't get the entire experience. However, both the Hand-breaded chicken tenders plus Endless Garden Bar added to the kids' meal AND the Parmesan Shrimp Pasta were delicious. Got to go back soon!

My wife and I went once more to Ruby Tuesday. As always the food was nothing less then amazing and the waitress we had Kris aka Krispy was fabulously fantastic. Cindy and I have been enjoying lunches and dinners here for a very many years now. One thing that stands out and keeps bringing us back time and time again is not just the food, but the continued service we always receive. Best service in lake city bar none.

My wife loves this restaurant when we travel down to Fort Myers. It always a must go as my wife's choice, we always stop get it to go and eat dinner in our rv with our dogs. Great food and service.

Decent food at decent prices. Some are better than others.

The food was very good and our server was a very all around polite great guy , he was always coking by making sure we had everthing we needed that man deserves a good raise and i jope his boss reads this and gives him one thank you sir

We love love love Ruby Tuesday’s!!!! Especially their waitress April! She is amazing, very attentive and prompt. She is always looking great, uniform spotless and hair and makeup on point. A great personality and person. And I mean the icing on the cake is the food being so delicious! Woohoo Ruby & April! ❤️
